Return Eligibility
At Purepickers Agromart Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our food products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The product was received in a damaged condition
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired or shows signs of spoilage upon delivery
- The product does not match the description on our website
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you notice any issues with your delivery.
How to Return

- Our team will review your request within 12 hours
- If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide instructions for return
- A replacement or refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned product
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Products returned after 24 hours without prior authorization
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
